A room where the mask comes off.

Ministry IT is a lonely seat. Too technical for the ministry staff, too ministry-minded for secular peers, and usually the only person in the building who does what you do. IronSharp Faith is a small, confidential peer group of people who understand both worlds.

The shape of it

Small groups, real covenant, honest conversation

4–6 people

Matched with intention

Grouped by role, by season of ministry, or deliberately cross-role. Never with someone from your own ministry. Honesty requires distance.

Confidential

What's shared stays

Group conversation is invisible to everyone outside the group. A covenant of confidentiality, honesty, and presence, made in week one.

Grounded

Anchored in Scripture

Each week carries a Scripture anchor, honest discussion questions, and one practice for the week between. Truth, not just talk.

The six-week arc

Trust is earned a week at a time

You can’t ask for masks-off in week one. The arc builds safety first, goes deeper as the group earns it, and ends by sending each member to sharpen someone else.

WK 01KnownIntroductions, stories, and the group covenant: building safety.
WK 02The WeightWhat you're actually carrying: workload, expectations, being the only one.
WK 03The MaskWhere you feel you can’t be honest, and what it costs.
WK 04Iron & RustBurnout, cynicism, and spiritual dryness in ministry work.
WK 05SharpenedLetting the group speak into one real thing you’re facing.
WK 06SharpeningCommissioning: how the group continues, and who you’re called to sharpen.

After week six, groups choose their own continuing rhythm: biweekly or monthly, with lighter ongoing guides and seasonal series.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
Proverbs 27:17
